Steel: One of the scientists working on the government Robohunter program. His team was working on a follow up to the original series 1 robohunter, this time making a suit for a human pilot to wear. However, the suit malfunctioned in it's testing stage, trapping him inside. He discovered that the suit actually worked, and attempted to aid the New Protectors in their apprehension of The Spectre. However, he was no match for the elder and was gravely injured. The Spectre kidnapped him and took him to a pocket universe, where he poisoned his mind against the New Protectors. Able to hijack Series 1 Robohunters, Steel is a very powerful opponent for the New Protectors.

Night Marcher: A creature of shadow, Night Marcher is a scientist from another dimension, obsessed with learning about new creatures. He is able to materialise anywhere with shadow, and he uses this ability to kidnap unusual beings, taking them back to his lab and performing hideous experiments on them. His latest target is Earth.

The Intelligence: Appearing soon after the New Protectors line-up was revealed to the public, not much is known about the Intelligence's past, how he ended up in his current state or why he has such a hatred for the Protectors, especially the Titan. He has the ability to manipulated mechanical objects, as well as to instantaneously be able to understand anything he is presented with and super intelligence.
